VLAD.Finance will be rebranding to AfterLife.Finance
Vlad Finance started with an insane amount of energy and passion. Those of us in the team and in the community would readily admit that we have taken a big hit to our momentum overall. We started as a small team with big ideas on a shoestring budget in both time and funds, however we did achieve milestones. Great artists agreed to make NFTs for the project, each with their own characteristic style, also the echoes of moon and $VLAD’s ATH still rings out in our heads. We had a dynamic token system, amazing artists and a vault of art we were excited to unveil. Just like that we got the king of all gut punches in the form of COVID. Within a very short period of time our DEV team was out of commission and would be de-railed for months since it took them a while to recover. While we definitely could not have foreseen this, we absolutely could have been more transparent and have addressed these issues with our loyal community — for that we are sorry. In a selfish way we kept thinking to take a week off or 2, focus on other endeavours and come back later when the dev team would have been recovered and ready…
We feel that we need to shake this off and start fresh in a new home with a renewed focus, so this is the route we have decided to take moving forward.
We imagine that possibly there might be benefits to retaining the original project name, as it is affords strength wearing the badge of honor on not having rugged, exploited or any other malicious.
Reasoning for the rebrand
- Fresh start
- Appeal to a broader market and projects with a versatile name
- The name fits in perfectly within the confines of our new home on the Fantom Opera network
Moving shop to a new Chain
We have chosen to set up our shiny new marketplace in an ecosystem we feel better aligns our current ideals and future goals. We are very excited to announce that this new home will be on the Fantom Blockchain
Key factors to this decision:
● Vibrant upcoming community
● More NFT friendly and related chain
● More relationships with influencers and other builders
● Ahead of the curve on a young mostly undiscovered chain
● Existing marketplaces are still buggy and have room for new entrants
What will happen to the tokens?
VLAD — Remains as the core token without the reflective feature — will be used for farming
ALIFE — Will be bridged to FTM chain
LIFE — Will remain until its all burned, since its original purpose has always been to be used as the token to mint Genesis NFTs.
Does it mean this is lights out for Binance Smart Chain?
Not necessarily — or at least not immediately. We encourage migrating with us to the Fantom network. We will not be shutting the lights off and just leaving but we are saying “get ready”, because for growth to happen we need to make a move and hopefully you will be joining us.

1) “What functionalities remain on BSC?”
All of them will remain available, including the Marketplace and Gift cards.
2) “Will there be a new website?”
The current website will remain, we will look into that after New Year.
3) “What happens to the current pools/farming?”
They will keep running but we will migrate some farms to FTM after New Year.
4) “What does that mean for each coin? Should I sell them before I lose more?”
No, DON’T SELL! Both VLAD and aLIFE will have a function and bridge over.
5) “What happens to my Genesis NFTs? What can I do with them?”
You can use them in the marketplace or migrate them to the Fantom Chain.
6) “What if I don’t want to leave BSC?”
If you decide to journey with us we are a stoked that you have faith in what we do and who we are. We really appreciate the second chance and trust you are giving us. For those who might pass from this — we totally understand, we thank you for trusting us for the past 10 months. Please bear in mind that we would really like you to move forward with us on the project.
